What to Make of Tab Trade - Launched March 2026, Here Is the Deal

TabTrade - The Short Version

Tab Trade opened in March 2026. Trading platform registered in Saint Lucia, under Saint Lucia's FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, a well-known broker.

His background tells you something. It says the person running this has actually done this before. Does not guarantee anything. But better than a founder with no industry background.

They launched with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same infrastructure banks and hedge funds use. Most new brokers starts with a white-label MT4 setup. TabTrade led with infrastructure. Not the typical playbook.

Market coverage: FX, indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, equities, crypto, exchange-traded funds. 1,000+. For a broker that launched in March 2026, the breadth is solid.

Platforms

Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and web trading. Two major platforms from one account. Many commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Access to both is useful. Use whichever you prefer.

MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Complete charts, automated trading, massive community. If you have traded on MetaTrader before, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the alternative. Better DOM. Smoother chart interaction. cBot support. Plenty of traders find it more natural after comparing.

FIX API is offered for algo traders but needs the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView charting is reportedly in the works. That should be a good addition when it arrives.

Accounts and Pricing

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Straightforward. Zero deposit requirement. Suits people who want simple pricing.

Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. What you actually pay: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On liquid pairs, the raw spread is often below 0.2 pips. Meaning your all-in cost can sit under half a pip. That is cheap for an offshore broker. Most brokers that offer pricing like this require a minimum deposit. This broker does not.

VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, sub-20ms execution, custom pricing. Not something the average person. Skip it unless you trade institutionally.

Infrastructure

The execution is the thing Tab Trade separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. These are proper execution targets. Most retail brokers quote a much wider range.

Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, it does. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, you will not notice. What matters is they invested in proper execution. That says what kind of broker this is.

Pair that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering holds up. Few brokers in this bracket run Equinix connectivity.

Regulation

Now, the thing you need to be straight about. The broker is regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is tier-3. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If that makes you uncomfortable, look elsewhere. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

But. The person running it built his career at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The execution setup is expensive. Dodgy operations do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. That does not guarantee anything. But be part of your decision.

The deal: you trade regulatory safety. What you get instead: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether the trade-off makes sense is your call.

Welcome Offer

Tab Trade offers a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Usual deposit match. You put money in, TabTrade top up your balance. The normal fine print: trading volume requirements before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Read the conditions before you commit.

Everything in one place, covering regulation, withdrawals, pricing, and the bonus terms, is tab trade at Trade The Day.
